Megan Schneider has enjoyed being a part of Montessori Center Room since 2015. She has taught in a Montessori setting since 2012, when she fell in love with the philosophy and watching children thrive in the environment. Megan will receive her Montessori teaching credential in 2024 from Crescent Ridge Academy, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in vocal performance and pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. She has enjoyed performing with several local theatre companies, vocal directing at Cincinnati Academy of Performing Arts, and serving as section leader at Armstrong United Methodist Church in Indian Hill. Megan is passionate about instilling a love of music in children.
Megan was born and raised in Cincinnati and is a proud Walnut Hills High School alumni. She lives in Anderson with her husband John and three children, whom she has loved watching grow through their experiences at MCR. Megan enjoys singing, cooking and baking, and taking walks with her three silly dogs.
