Classroom Teachers at Montessori Center Room hold, at minimum, a Bachelors Degree and are fully trained and certified in the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. All Staff members are trained in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, Child Abuse Recognition. Continued education/training is a part of being an MCR Staff member.
